AI Product & Technology Leader | Fractional CTO | Multi-model AI, Computer Vision & Mission-Critical Delivery

I turn complex technology into reliable products and delivered systems.

I work from strategy through architecture and hands-on delivery, helping teams modernize mission-critical platforms and ship practical AI.

The Origins: 25 Years of Building

My journey since 2001

From the very beginning, I was fascinated by the way technology stretches the boundaries of what is possible. What began as childhood curiosity gradually became a lifelong commitment to building useful systems, solving meaningful problems, and cultivating partnerships that endure.

For nearly three decades, I’ve worked as a technopreneur across food and beverage, fashion and apparel, air cargo, manufacturing, legal tech, quality control, and technology. Each chapter—whether in Europe, the United States, or now Southeast Asia—has sharpened the judgment, perspective, and operating discipline I bring to every engagement.

Few of these engagements were ever merely transactional. Many became collaborations that lasted well over a decade, with clients who grew into trusted partners, close friends, and, in some cases, co-founders of new ventures. That kind of continuity does not happen by accident; it is earned through consistency, integrity, and a shared commitment to lasting outcomes.

Over time, I learned that leadership is not defined by code alone or by the delivery of a product. It is measured in clarity under pressure, the ability to align people who see things differently, and the trust built one decision at a time. Those principles have helped me support organizations as they grow, modernize, and transform without losing their center.

Today, I help companies and startups navigate change with confidence. I work alongside leaders as they move beyond rigid, outdated systems and build modern, sustainable environments—bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders so that each investment can create lasting value.

This perspective was shaped by years in highly regulated fields—including textiles, legal tech, aerospace, and healthcare—where rigor, compliance, and accountability are never optional. Those experiences reinforced something I had already learned: integrity and perseverance matter over time. Many of the projects I led still create value today, and many relationships I built have only grown stronger. That is the foundation I bring to every new challenge.

Durable innovation is rarely loud. It is patient, disciplined, and deeply human.

Signals from the Near Future

After more than two decades of building and guiding ventures across industries, I've learned that innovation is never about technology alone. It is about people, timing, operating discipline, and the courage to adapt deliberately.

Today, my main focus is Views, a live multi-model decision workspace for leaders, analysts, and organizations. Review by Views is its guided entry point for focused analysis. Across more than 40 AI models, Views keeps different interpretations visible, surfaces disagreement, weak claims, and stale context, and turns model noise into signals people can review before acting. Early access is open here.

2026 has brought another new chapter: QSee.ai, a computer-vision platform for garment measurement and quality-control workflows. I joined first as an advisor and now serve as CTO and co-founder, leading product architecture and delivery from mobile capture and cloud services through computer-vision capabilities.

Alongside building these products, I help startups and established companies adopt AI pragmatically, modernize mission-critical platforms, and recover difficult deliveries without losing capital discipline or operational reliability.

With the right systems, leaders can move faster without adding noise. Clarity first. Then momentum.

The best AI does not replace judgment. It sharpens it.

What I'm working on now

Views, QSee.ai, and selected product and advisory work

The work I am doing today is the result of a long international journey across Europe, the United States, and Southeast Asia. Each venture has deepened my understanding of leadership, innovation, and resilience. What matters to me now is not simply launching something new, but shaping work that remains relevant, useful, and durable.

My primary product focus is Views, a live multi-model decision workspace for people who need to understand how AI interprets a topic before relying on its answers. Views keeps model responses side by side, uses 1–10 SenseScores to make important signals easier to inspect, and shows where the panel converges, diverges, or needs human review. Request early access here to explore the private preview.

At QSee.ai, I lead technology strategy, product architecture, and engineering delivery across a platform that combines mobile inspection, cloud services, customer integration APIs, and computer vision for garment landmark estimation and quality control.

Through UmbertoGiacobbiDotBiz, my global consulting hub, I continue to work with organizations across industries—from fashion and real estate to deep technology—helping them move from legacy complexity toward modern opportunities. I also contribute as an expert through Tegus, now part of AlphaSense, a select expert network and research platform that gives investors and professionals access to specialist insight, financial data, and qualitative research. Many of these engagements remain confidential, but the pattern is consistent: long-term trust, measurable business impact, and decisions backed by experience.

Jellypic is paused, while its platform foundations continue through Infrastruttura. Stilla remains a separate sustainability-minded design venture. Both are part of my builder journey, while Views and QSee.ai are my current operating priorities.

Building repeatedly across AI, enterprise software, and physical products continues to sharpen the judgment I bring to client, partner, and founder work.

Build for clarity first. Scale follows trust.
